    proPharma has a dynamic order manager and an easy-to-use user interface to complete complicated orders in simple steps. The best part of the order manager is deal selection, you can generate orders manually and the order manager will pick the best available deal for the chosen MOQ.

    • User has access to a custom and precise order management page with all the details available to your teams for upselling or closing distribution points.
    • proPharma can calculate the pricing based on the product mix selected enabling them to get the best available discount for the selected wholesaler or group of products and also let them see all the available discounts.
    • Your team can also set a condition to start an approval process for certain discount limits.
    • All the created orders are automatically forwarded to the wholesalers via EDI for delivery.

     

    Using proPharma, you can get access to two types of deals, PDE (everyday discount) and TO (Turnover Discount). 

    • With PDE deals, setup to the wholesalers, is available directly to wholesaler and also available to orders generated within the system.
    • TO deals are only available to orders transmitted through proPharma’s order management system, classified as electronic order.
    • Your team can also define sets of products based on Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), and use these set of products for discounts and deals when placing an order. 
    • Different deals have their own unique product sets, when you type your MOQ for a particular product, the system will apply a dynamic discount to help you choose the best deal.  

    Appointment management is the key feature of proPharma that takes care of all of your meetings, leaves, calls and synchronise, and reflects all the updates to the calendar to avoid any possible conflicts.  

    The Appointments Manager helps your sales team schedule all your appointments for the next quarter. Of course, you can delete or update the appointments later at your convenience. There is also an “on target” indicator to remind you if you have achieved your target frequency or not.  

    • Easily add appointments for both physical, and virtual meetings such as face-to-face, call, video call, etc. 
    • Option to enter call duration for easier calendar management 
    • Add the description and key points for the meeting. 

    proPharma provides a customised call planning calendar that enables your sales team to plan calls, visits, leaves, and meetings. The calendar is automatically synchronised with the system.

    All the changes made to appointment managers will be automatically reflected in the calendar to give you a generalised view of the upcoming events, leaves, and or appointments. Your team can report their upcoming leaves in the calendar. proPharma Solution is intelligent enough to avoid you adding a leave on the meeting date. Your sales rep do not need to come back to the appointment manager to see the schedule for the next quarters, instead, he/she can go use the calendar.

    Your managers can sort, filter and select stores in bulk, and drag and drop the selected stores for scheduling meetings, synchronised with Salesforce Calendar. Your managers can also create reoccurring meetings based on the Grade of the store.

    Once the order has been created, EDI module transfers the order into a specific format. These process scheduled in interval of 15 minutes where these orders (in a .csv) on basis of the delivery date of each order and different orders status.  The system automatically receives the acknowledgment back from the wholesalers and store in the system.

    Survey your sales team about the quarterly cycle objectives. Your sales team can fill the questionnaire  about their appointment, and can share any media (images), so that their supervisor is up to date about the details of the meeting, such as What is the questions being asked? What are the images being taken? That gives a good glimpse of the meeting to the supervisor in one look.  

    At the start of each cycle, business work on key priorities to be deployed to the sales team. These objectives are then translated into a questionnaire that forms their key KPIs. It is mandatory for the TMs to log calls in the system which will show their time spent in-store and execution of these KPIs.

    Manage your product lists easily. List your products based on brand, code, name, and its unique EAN. You can add a product set to a deal by providing the relevant information i.e. name of the deal, units, and discounts, etc. 

    Sales & distribution are a key part of any account that provides you with the sales and distribution of every product. A detailed dashboard presents you with the monthly performance and trends of all the products. It also enlightens you about the top-selling products, and the performance of your products as compared to competitors.

    proPharma can easily generate and share your Electronic Delivery Interchange (EDI) document with your wholesaler for delivery. Track both partial and full deliveries.
