About the client

Sadaqa Welfare Fund is a Sydney based Charity organisation that began in Sydney in 2013. Since then, Sadaqa have opened offices in Melbourne and Perth. All field Projects and distributions are carried out by Sadaqa team members, which provides transparency giving our donors confidence that the team they donate to in Australia are the same teams that carry out the distribution projects on the ground.

Problem

Sadaqa required a Donor Management System that could help them be transparent and collect the donations online.

Solution

Sadaqa approached Proweb to transform their business digitally. Proweb helped them to identify the most suitable CMS, CRM, and integration.

We built and integrated a Donor Management System that was integrated with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure for SSO, Stripe, PayPal for payments, and included a headless WordPress CMS for the team to easily manage their content.

The modules included donor and donations management, donor authentication, and management of projects, transactions and fundraisers.
